Embodiment
2008 will be my 3rd year of doing ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif)
embodiment. I didn't stick to it every day, in fact, I stopped for nearly a year from around the summer of 2006 to May of 2007, but in May, I picked it back up and have been consistent ever since. How's that for a run-on sentence? Anyway, I haven't been doing it every day, even from that point, but I've been pretty regular. I'm pretty proud of myself. I finished my very first journal last night, and started a new one. I'm very excited about it!
